Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy with Indocyanine Green Fluorescence: Choledochoscopic Stone Extraction and Primary Duct Suture

本症例は、蛍光腹腔鏡検査(ICGイメージング)とファイバーファイバーココスコピーを組み合わせて胆嚢摘出術および総胆管(CBD)探査と結石採取に成功裏に適用し、その後Tチューブ挿入なしで6-0 PDS縫合によるCBD前壁の一次閉鎖を行ったことを示しています。さらに、共通胆管の一次閉鎖は特定の基準(例:総胆管直径≥8mm、結石数が3つ以下、急性胆管炎なし)が満たされた場合に安全かつ実現可能であることを裏付けました。主な成果には以下が含まれます:
