インプラント表面に対する洗浄能力と異なる除染方法の影響を評価するパイロット in vitro 試験

本試験中の パイロット試験では 、口腔バイオフィルムの存在を模倣するために永久赤インクを用いた3種類の異なる除染ツールの洗浄効果と処理後の表面変化を評価することを目的としました。
本研究の範囲は、インプラント表面の3つの一般的に用いられる機械的除染法の臨床効果と表面効果を比較することです。まず、カメラをインプラントの長軸に対して30度、下部視点で60度の角度でカメラを位置づけるカスタムアクリルスプリントを準備し、冠状および頂端の糸を標準化された方法で評価します。インプラントを位置づけ、露出した頬面と口腔面にそれぞれ異なる3つの除染方法を別々に適用します。これはインプラント周炎の治療に一般的に用いられます。
各方法を1人のオペレーターが2分間行い、バイアスを排除し、計測時間をストップウォッチで制御します。カメラはインプラントの表面から15センチ離れた場所に設置してください。除染前後に、各インプラントの頬面および口腔面で、縦方向のインプラント軸から0度の正面から標準化された写真を撮影します。
処理された表面のいずれも、除染後にインク染みが完全に除去されたことはありませんでした。残留インクの割合は使用機器や写真の角度によって異なりました。頬側および口腔正面の観察では、TiBが最も低い残留染色率75.98%、次いでTiCが80.31%、ChBが90.34%でした。60度視点では、すべてのグループに高いレベルの残留染色が見られ、深部インプラント領域での洗浄効果の低下が示されました。
走査型電子顕微鏡検査では、すべての処理技術がインプラント表面を変化させており、負の対照は元の均一で粗い地形を保持していました。処理のうち、TiBは表面変化を最小限に抑えたのに対し、TiCとChBは広範な表面変化と不規則性を引き起こしました。特にTiC処理されたインプラントでは水平の擦り傷が顕著でした。
