Single Nuclei Isolation from Coronary Endarterectomy Tissue of Coronary Artery Bypass Graft Patients

ヒト冠動脈内膜摘出術の組織は、CABG手術を受けた患者から採取されました。組織は計量され、核の分離のために処理され、さらに分離された核はフローサイトメトリーと共焦点顕微鏡で確認されました(図1)。
