X선 형광 또는 XRF 분광법은 실온에서 샘플의 원소 분석을 수행하는 데 사용되는 비파괴 분석 기술입니다.
XRF는 생물학, 법의학, 환경 및 예술 작품을 포함한 광범위한 샘플에 적용할 수 있습니다. 샘플은 또한 분말, 결정 및 액체와 같은 다양한 형태를 취할 수 있습니다. XRF에서 샘플은 X선 빔으로 충격을 받아 형광 방사선이라고 하는 더 낮은 에너지에서 2차 X선을 방출합니다.
