1. 식도와 기관 내 삽관의 구별
<ol><li>전신 마취를 유도하기 전에 프로브 변환기에 단일 층의 초음파 젤(재료 표 참조)을 배치하여 고주파 선형 초음파 프로브(재료 표 참조)를 준비합니다. 터치스크린의 트랜스듀서 메뉴에서 선형 프로브를 선택하고 드롭다운 메뉴에서 MSK(근골격계)를 지정합니다. 터치스크린의 왼쪽 하단 모서리에 있는 2D 버튼을 눌러 초음파를 스캔 모드로 전환합니다. 담당 마취과 의사의 권고에 따라 전신 마취를 유도하십시오.</li>
	<li>전신 마취 유도 후,프로브를 환자의 앞쪽 목 정중선의 횡단 위치에 놓고 흉골 상부 노치에 두들겨 맞춥니다 (그림 1A). 프로브 마커가 초음파 기기의 화면 왼쪽에 있는지 확인하십시오( 재료 표 참조).</li>

</ol>2. 갑상선 절개술을 준비하기 위한 갑상선막 확인
알림: 응급 기도 관리의 경우, 제공자가 "삽관할 수 없고 산소를 공급할 수 없음" 시나리오에 직면한 경우 절개술이 필요한 단계일 수 있습니다. 어려운 기도 상황이 의심되는 경우, 제공자는 절제술을 수행해야 할 경우를 대비하여 마취 유도 전에 CTM을 식별하도록 선택할 수 있습니다.

</ol>3. 어려운기도 관리 예측을위한 매개 변수 획득
참고: 어려운 기도 관리의 예측을 위해 피부에서 후두개까지의 거리와 LPWT를 측정합니다. 이 단계는 마취 유도 전에 수행해야합니다.
