SCI 후 운동 기능을 정확하게 정량화하는 도구는 회복을 모니터링하고 치료 또는 기타 임상 개입의 효과를 평가하는 데 중요합니다6.
SCI의 마우스 타박상 모델에 대한 표준 메트릭 분석은 Basso 마우스 척도(BMS)13,14로, 오픈 필드 경기장에서 몸통 안정성, 꼬리 위치, 발바닥 스테핑 및 앞다리-뒷다리 협응을 고려하는 비모수 점수입니다. BMS는 대부분의 경우 매우 신뢰할 수 있지만 자연 변동성을 설명하고 편향을 줄이기 위해 동물 움직임의 모든 각도를 관찰하려면 최소 두 명의 숙련된 평가자가 필요합니다.
