1. 장비 준비
<ol><li>일회용 멸균 침술 바늘(크기 0.25mm x 40mm), 뜸 스틱(크기 1.2cm x 1.2cm), 의료용 멸균 면봉, 요오드포 면봉, 라이터 및 여러 개의 60mm x 60mm 판지를 준비합니다( 그림 1 참조).</li>
</ol>2. 의사 준비
<ol><li>환자가 만성 폐쇄성 폐질환에 대한 1차 진료 지침의 COPD 진단 기준을 충족하고 복부 팽만감이 있는지 확인하십시오.</li>
	<li>다음 조건을 가진 환자는 제외하십시오.(1) 피부 궤양, 혈당 조절 불량, 혈압 조절 불량 및 현기증이 있는 환자; (2) 규폐증, 결핵, 악성종양, 천식, 응고 장애, 중증 심부전이 있는 사람 (3) 류마티스 심장병, 선천성 심장병, 신부전, 간부전 등이 있는 사람 (4) 규정 준수가 불량한 사람.</li>
	<li>의료용 마스크와 모자를 착용하십시오.</li>
	<li>비눗물로 손을 씻고 건조한 상태로 두고, 바늘을 잡고 작동하기 전에 알코올 손 소독제를 사용하십시오.</li>
</ol>3. 환자 준비
<ol><li>환자에게 방광을 비우도록 요청하십시오.</li>
	<li>환자의 혈압, 심박수, 호흡수 및 산소 포화도를 측정합니다.</li>
	<li>피부가 손상되거나 곪지 않았는지 확인하십시오.</li>
	<li>위의 기본 징후가 정상이 되면 환자에게 침점을 노출시키기 위해 누운 자세 또는 엎드린 자세를 선택하도록 지시합니다.</li>
	<li>시술 중 불편함이 있는 경우 의사에게 알리도록 환자에게 조언하십시오.</li>
</ol>4. 경혈 선택
<ol><li>요오도포 면봉으로 바늘로 찔릴 부위의 피부를 닦습니다.</li>
	<li>표준화된 경혈에 따라 Feishu(BL13), Taiyuan(LU9), Dingchuan(EX-B1), Zusanli(ST36), Zhongwan(RN12), Tianshu(ST25)24,25,26을 선택합니다(그림 2 참조).</li>
</ol>5. 침술과 바늘 조작
<ol><li>왼손의 다섯 손가락을 평평하게 펴고 검지와 중지를 찌르는 위치에 벌립니다.</li>
	<li>오른손의 엄지와 검지로 바늘 손잡이를 잡고 가운데 손가락 끝이 뾰족한 부분에 가깝고 손가락 배가 바늘 몸체에 닿도록 합니다.</li>
	<li>가운데 손가락을 구부린 상태에서 엄지와 검지를 아래쪽으로 누르고 국제 표준 침술 각도와 깊이에 바늘을 삽입합니다.</li>
	<li>침 손잡이를 침 각도를 따라 균일하게 들어 올려 밀면 깊이는 약 3mm, 빈도는 약 60회/분27회입니다.</li>
	<li>바늘 손잡이를 180도 이하의 각도로 앞뒤로 돌립니다. 빈도는 환자가 De-qi27을 느낄 때까지 약 60회/분입니다.</li>
</ol>6. 뜸쑥 스틱 놓기
<ol><li>피부28 에서 바닥에서 2-3cm 떨어진 곳에서 뜸쑥 스틱에 불을 붙여 환자가 신체 표면에 따뜻한 느낌과 발적을 갖도록 합니다. 치료는 약 30분 정도 소요됩니다.</li>
</ol>7. 골판지 놓기
<ol><li>60mm x 60mm 판지를 뜸쑥 스틱 아래에 놓아 뜸쑥 스틱이 타버릴 때까지 재가 피부를 태우는 것을 방지합니다( 그림 3 참조).</li>
</ol>8. 바늘 따기
<ol><li>대나무 면봉 끝으로 다 탄 뜸쑥 스틱을 부드럽게 집어 올립니다.</li>
	<li>의료용 멸균 면봉을 손에 쥐고 바늘 부위에 부드럽게 압력을 가합니다.</li>
	<li>바늘을 약간 비틀어 천천히 피하 부위로 들어 올리고 잠시 두었다가 제거한다.</li>
	<li>바늘이 나온 후 의료용 살균 면봉을 사용하여 바늘 구멍을 잠시 가볍게 눌러 출혈을 방지하고 통증을 줄입니다.</li>
	<li>바늘을 뺀 후 바늘 구멍에서 피가 나는지 잘 확인하고 환자에게 위화감은 없는지 물어보고 바늘 갯수가 빠졌는지 확인합니다.</li>
