Auricular Acupressure as an Adjuvant Treatment for Wheezing in Stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

위 프로토콜은 안정적인 COPD 환자에서 쌕쌕거림 증상을 개선하는 데 있어 귀 지압의 효능을 조사하기 위한 대조 시험을 설명합니다. 이 연구에서는 기준을 충족하는 1명의 환자가 등록되어 시험을 완료했습니다. 환자는 남성으로 64세였다. 환자는 5+ 년 동안 만성 폐쇄성 폐질환을 앓고 있었습니다. 장기적인 기침과 쌕쌕거림에 대해 흡입 제제를 사용한 장기간의 정기적인 치료가 시행되었습니다.
환자는 기침과 가래, 숨가쁨, 가슴 답답함 등의 증상으로 병원에 입원했다. 입원 후 폐 기능, 흉부 CT 및 기타 검사를 완료했습니다. 환자의 폐 기능 FEV1/FVC는 &lt;0.7로 만성 폐쇄성 폐질환과 일치했다. 치료에는 전통적인 서양 의학 흡입 제제와 한의학 귀 압력 콩 요법이 모두 포함되었습니다. 그림 2에서 결과는 환자의 FEV1이 1.51L에서 1.63L로 증가했음을 보여줍니다. FVC는 2.48L에서 2.76L로 증가했습니다. PEF는 3.95L/s에서 5.94L/s로 증가했습니다. VC는 2.48L에서 2.8L로 증가했습니다. 한편, 표 2의 증상 점수는 18에서 13으로 감소합니다. mMRC 점수는 표 3과 같이 치료 전후에 2등급입니다. 전반적으로, 이 환자는 치료 후 폐 기능 지수가 약간 증가했습니다.
