정맥류 유발 음낭 통증 치료를 위한 경피적 신경근 전기 자극

Transcutaneous Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation for Treating Varicocele-Induced Scrotal Pain

현재 프로토콜은 정맥류에 의한 음낭 통증을 치료하기 위해 경피적 신경근 전기 자극의 사용을 간략하게 설명합니다. 환자가 사용하는 치료 장비는 그림 4에 표시되어 있습니다. 최종적으로 38명의 환자가 치료를 완료하였으며, 데이터에 대한 정규성 검사를 실시한 후 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다(표 1). 치료 전환자 중 12명의 평균 VAS(Visual Analog Scale) 점수는 3.00(3.00, 4.00)이었으나 치료 3주 후에는 2.00(1.00, 2.00)으로 감소했다(P &lt; 0.01). 이 차이는 통계적으로 유의했습니다. 고환 위축지수는 치료 전 0.15 ± 0.01, 치료 후 0.16 ± 0.01로 통계적으로 유의한 변화가 없음을 나타냈다. 이처럼 큰 변화가 없는 것은 치료 기간이 짧고 성인 고환의 성장과 발달이 일정 수준에 도달했다는 사실과 관련이 있을 수 있습니다. 양측 음낭 온도 차이는 치료 전 1.58 ± 0.34, &lt;치료 후 1.29 ± 0.23으로 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 정맥의 내경은 치료 전 2.50(2.30, 2.50)mm, 치료 후 2.20(2.00, 2.20)mm로 치료 후 직경이 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 정맥에서의 역류 시간은 치료 전 3.00초(2.00초, 4.50초)였으나, 치료 후 2.00초(1.00초, 3.00초)로 감소하였으며, 그 차이는 통계적으로 유의하였다(P &lt; 0.01).
이러한 결과에서 전기생리학적 치료를 받은 후 정맥류 환자에서 VAS 점수, 양측 음낭 온도 차이, 정맥 내경, 역류 시간 등이 모두 개선된 것으로 나타났다. 이는 하지정류 관련 음낭 통증에 대한 전기생리학적 치료가 어느 정도 효과가 입증되었음을 나타냅니다.
