Acupoint Application Combined with Ear Plaster Therapy for Treating Sleep Disorders with Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

치료 전과 후의 변화를 바탕으로 종합 PSQI 점수와 잠들기까지의 시간, 수면의 질, 수면 시간, 수면 장애, 주간 기능 등 PSQI의 5가지 구성요소 점수 결과가 모두 이전보다 낮아졌으며, 그 차이는 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다(P &lt; 0.05). 그러나 수면 효율(P =0.056)과 수면을 위한 약물 적용(P =0.103)에 대해서는 치료 전후에 큰 변화가 없었다(자세한 내용은 표 2 참조). 그 결과 EPT와 결합된 AA가 수면 장애를 크게 개선할 수 있음을 보여주었습니다. 그러나 수면 효율 향상에는 뚜렷한 효과가 없습니다. 그 이유는 치료 시간이 짧기 때문일 수 있습니다. 더욱이, 수면 치료제는 치료 전에 덜 자주 사용되었다. 치료 전과 치료 후 수면을 위한 약물 적용에 통계적 차이는 없었다. 전반적으로 EPT와 결합된 AA는 AECOPD 환자의 수면 장애를 치료하는 데 효과적이고 안전합니다.
