내시경 위치에서 미니 개복술을 통해 회수 백을 사용하여 종양을 제거합니다. 도킹 시간은 13분인 반면 콘솔 시간은 115분이 걸렸습니다. 수술 중 합병증이나 로봇 오작동은 없었으며 출혈도 거의 없었다.
환자는 수술 후 3시간 동안 회복실에서 모니터링을 받고 4일 후 퇴원했습니다. 수술 전 종양의 중심 괴사를 나타내는 내시경 소견은 그림 3에 나와 있습니다. 종양 절제 후 조직학적 검사를 실시하였다.
그 결과 완전히 절제된 슈반노마(schwannoma)가 발견되었다. 추가 치료나 재입원은 필요하지 않았습니다. 3개월 후 추적 검사에서 재발의 징후는 나타나지 않았습니다.
