Tension-Free Weight-Bearing Model of Steroid-Induced Osteonecrosis of Femoral Head in Rats

조직병리학 분석 헤마톡실린(Hematoxylin)과 에오신(eosin) 염색 결과, 대조군과 대조군+하중군에서 골섬유주가 온전하고 규칙적으로 배열되어 있는 것으로 나타났다. 혈관 내피 세포는 뼈 보조개에 존재했으며 세포 형태는 통통하게 보였습니다. 대조적으로, 모델 그룹과 모델+하중 그룹은 골절되고 무질서한 뼈 섬유주(bone trabeculae)를 보였으며 빈 틈새의 수가 훨씬 더 많았습니다. 모델+로드 그룹은 모델 그룹에 비해 빈 틈새가 더 많았습니다. 모델 그룹에서는 골수 내의 일부 세포에서 지질 축적이 나타났고, 모델+로드 그룹의 골수 강은 비교적 비어 있는 것으로 나타났습니다(그림 2A). 대조군, 제어+부하군, 모형군, 모델+하중군의 빈틈 발생률은 각각 6.0 ± 2.5, 6.4 ± 3.8, 57.6 ± 29.6, 78.2 ± 15.5였다(그림 2B).

골격 구조, 형태 및 치수의 정량화가 수행되었습니다. TV는 관심 영역의 총 부피를 나타내며, 이는 뼈 형태학(bone morphology)에 유의한 변화가 있었는지 여부를 간접적으로 반영할 수 있다(19). TV는 4개 그룹 간에 유의미한 차이를 보여주지 않았는데, 이는 글루코코르티코이드 유발 손상 모델의 구성과 기계적 압력 부하의 개입 모두가 쥐의 대퇴골두에서 붕괴로 이어지지 않을 수 있음을 나타낸다. BV/TV는 골량을 반영할 수 있습니다22. BS/BV는 섬유주(trabeculae)의 장애를 간접적으로 반영할 수 있다24. 섬유주 장애는 대조군, 대조군+하중군, 모델군, 모델+하중군에서 순차적으로 증가했는데, 이는 기계적 압력부하 중재가 정상 뼈 조직과 글루코코르티코이드에 의해 손상된 뼈 조직의 섬유주 장애를 악화시킬 수 있음을 시사한다.
