Development and Characterization of Fusidic Acid-Loaded Alginate-Aloe vera Based Hydrogel Film

두께 두께 결과는 표 1에 제시되어 있습니다. 알긴산염만 함유된 대조군 샘플 A의 두께는 0.11mm였습니다. 샘플 B와 C에서 알로에 베라 의 비율이 증가함에 따라 필름 두께가 증가하여 각각 0.13mm 및 0.12mm를 측정했습니다. 그러나 알로에 베라의 비율이 가장 높은 샘플 D는 0.09mm로 가장 얇은 필름을 가졌습니다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 알로에 베라 의 첨가는 필름 두께에 어느 정도 영향을 미칠 수 있는 것으로 보입니다.
팽창 지수 다양한 액체를 흡수하는 하이드로겔의 능력을 평가하는 것이 이 연구의 핵심 측면입니다. 초점은 다양한 조건에서 팽창하는 폴리머의 능력을 이해하는 것입니다. 그림 2에서 볼 수 있듯이, 시간 경과에 따른 팽창 지수 결과는 알로 에 베라 농도 변화가 알긴산 기반 필름의 수분 흡수 능력에 미치는 영향을 보여줍니다. 알로에 베라 (A)가 0%인 필름은 24시간 후(364.8%)가 가장 낮은 팽창 지수를 나타냈습니다. 대조적으로, 알로에 베라 함량이 증가한 샘플은 점진적으로 더 높은 팽창 지수를 보였으며 25:75 필름(D)이 약 549%의 가장 높은 값에 도달했습니다. 이러한 결과는 알로에 베라 의 친수성 특성이 필름의 팽창 거동을 향상시키는 데 중요한 역할을 한다는 것을 나타냅니다. 도 3 은 팽윤 전후의 하이드로겔 필름을 보여준다.
수증기 투과성 또는 폐색 테스트 필름의 수증기 투과성은 필름이 있는 비커와 없는 비커의 물의 양을 비교하여 평가되었습니다. 표 2에 나타난 결과에 따르면, 알로에 베라 가 없는 대조군 샘플은 폐색 효과를 나타내지 않은 반면, 다른 샘플은 알로에 베라 첨가 시 폐색 계수의 증가를 나타냈습니다. 샘플 B는 13.2의 폐색성 계수를 가졌고, 샘플 C와 D는 20의 가장 높은 폐색성 계수를 가졌습니다. 이는 알로에 베라 의 첨가가 알긴산 필름의 수증기 투과성(WVP)을 감소시키는 데 도움이 되었음을 나타냅니다.
FTIR에 의한 구조 분석 
그림 4는 알긴산 나트륨, 알로에 베라, 글리세린 및 푸시딕산을 포함한 원료 스펙트럼과 함께 푸시딕산을 함유한 하이드로겔 제형의 FTIR 스펙트럼을 보여줍니다. 하이드로겔 제형의 스펙트럼은 약 3200-3400 cm-1의 넓은 흡수 대역과 약 1636 cm-1의 띠를 보여주며, 이는 알긴산 나트륨, 알로에 베라 및 글리세린에 기인 한 O-H 기의 신장과 알긴산 COO 기의 비대칭 신장 진동에 해당합니다각각 13. 또한 약 1330-1340cm-1의 흡수 피크는 C-H 그룹의 굽힘 진동을 반영하는 반면 1171cm-1의 피크는 알긴산 나트륨의 CO 스트레칭 진동과 관련이 있습니다.
시차 주사 열량계(DSC) 시차 주사 열량계(DSC)는 알긴산 나트륨, 알로에 베라, 순수 푸시딕산 및 약물 적재 하이드로겔 필름의 열 거동을 분석하는 데 사용되었습니다. 알긴산 나트륨의 서모그램은 약 132°C에서 흡열 피크를 보여주었습니다( 그림 5 참조). 반면에 알로에 베라 서모그램은 여러 피크를 표시했습니다. 순수 푸시딕산의 DSC 분석은 184.5°C에서 날카롭고 잘 정의된 흡열 피크를 보여주었습니다. 약물이 적재된 하이드로겔 필름의 경우 103°C와 170°C 사이에서 넓은 피크만 검출되었으며 구성 요소 또는 약물에 대한 용융 피크가 없었습니다.
약물 방출 pH 7.4에서 PBS 용액을 사용하여 24시간 이상의 모든 샘플에 대해 시험관 내 약물 방출을 검사했습니다. 필름 샘플은 약물의 점진적인 방출을 보여주었는데, 이는 아마도 컴팩트한 하이드로겔 구조 때문일 것입니다. 알로에 베라 를 함유한 샘플은 12시간 이내에 89.7%에서 93%의 푸시딕산 방출을 보인 반면, 알로에 베라 가 없는 대조 필름은 그림 6과 같이 12시간 후에 모든 약물을 방출했습니다. fusidic acid에 대해 다양한 방출 역학 모델을 평가했습니다. 결과는 표 3에 제시되어 있습니다. 약물 방출 결과는 가장 높은R2 값을 나타낸 0차 방출 모델에 가장 잘 맞았습니다.
