Establishing a Mouse Model of Thin Endometrium

얇은 자궁내막(TE)의 주요 특징은 자궁내막 두께와 선 밀도 감소와 자궁내막 섬유증 증가입니다. 이 방법은 모델 마우스에서 이러한 특성을 성공적으로 복제했습니다. 데이터 분석에 따르면 1분 그룹(222.3μm ± 13.96μm 대 359.2μm ± 12.41μm, P &lt; 0.05), 2분 그룹(168.7μm ± 17.57μm 대 359.2μm ± 12.41μm, P &lt; 0.05), 3분 그룹(131.8μm ± 3μm 대 359.2μm ± 12.41μm), P &lt; 0.05)를 대조군과 비교했을 때. 그러나 2분과 3분 그룹 간에 자궁내막 두께의 유의미한 차이는 관찰되지 않았다(168.7μm ± 17.57μm 대 131.8μm ± 3μm, P &gt; 0.05)(그림 3A,B).
자궁내막샘의 수는 대조군과 비교했을 때 1분 그룹(4.4 ± 2.38 vs. 24.4 ± 1.6, P &lt; 0.05), 2분 그룹(0.8 ± 0.49 vs. 24.4 ± 1.6, P &lt; 0.05), 3분 그룹(4.4 ± 3.20 vs. 24.4 ± 1.6, P &lt; 0.05)에서 유의하게 감소했다(그림 3A,C). 그러나 자궁내막샘의 수에는 1분, 2분, 3분 그룹에서 유의한 차이가 관찰되지 않았다.
TE는 95% 에탄올을 7일 동안 처리한 후 발생했기 때문에 자궁내막 두께가 주입 기간과 관련이 있을 수 있다는 가설을 세웠습니다. 이를 조사하기 위해 두 개의 추가 그룹을 각각 4분 및 5분 동안 95% 에탄올로 처리했습니다. 흥미롭게도, 그 결과는 주입 시간이 늘어났을 때 심각한 자궁 유착을 보여주었습니다. (그림 4), 자궁강이 거의 보이지 않게 됩니다. 또한, 주입 시간이 길어진 쥐의 자궁에서 자궁내막샘이 관찰되지 않았습니다(그림 4).
