Alternative Therapy for Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease: Moving Cupping Along Meridians

이 논문은 AECOPD 환자의 증상 완화 및 삶의 질 개선에 대한 부항 요법의 효능을 조사하기 위한 자가 통제 전후 시험에 대해 설명합니다. 이 연구에서는 총 5명의 적격 환자가 임상시험에 참여했습니다. 이 데이터는 치료 전후에 환자가 작성한 설문지에서 파생되었습니다.
의학적 결과 연구 36개 항목 약식(SF-36) 건강 조사 설문지, COPD 평가 검사(CAT) 및 수정된 의학 연구 위원회 호흡 곤란 척도(mMRC)가 치료 효능에 대한 평가 지표로 사용되었습니다. SF-36은 환자의 전반적인 건강 상태를 평가하는 데 사용되며 CAT 및 mMRC는 COPD에 대한 전문 평가입니다. 치료 전과 후의 환자 척도 점수를 분석한 결과, SF-36 점수는 초기 81.80 ± 5.81에서 90.20 ± 3.56으로 증가했고, mMRC 점수는 1.60 ± 0.55에서 0.6 ± 0.55로, CAT 점수는 22.60 ± 6.73에서 16.80 ± 5.89로 감소했다(모두 p &lt; 0.05, 표 1). 따라서 지표의 변화는 통계적으로 유의했으며, 경락을 따른 부항 요법은 AECOPD 환자의 증상을 개선하고 호흡 곤란을 완화하며 환자의 삶의 질을 향상시킬 수 있었습니다.
