A Novel Surgical Technique in a Sheep Model for Suburethral Graft Implantation

평균 체중이 27.7 SD 5.1 Kg인 7마리의 암양이 수술을 받았다(표 1). 그림 1-2 는 수술 과정을 보여줍니다. 수술 절차로 인한 직접적인 합병증이나 이환율은 없었습니다. 모든 동물은 수술을 견뎌냈고 수술 후 며칠 동안 정상적인 섭식 행동, 배변 및 배뇨를 보였습니다. 팩을 제거한 후 질 출혈은 없었습니다. 모든 동물은 종말까지 살아남았습니다. 추적 관찰 기간 동안, 인간 수술에서 요도하 메쉬 이식과 일반적으로 관련된 합병증의 증상이나 징후를 보인 동물은 없었습니다. 방광 손상, 혈뇨, 요폐색, 비정상적인 배뇨 행동, 장 폐색, 임상적 상처 감염, 상처 박리 또는 탈장의 증거는 없었다. 수확 당시의 질을 자가 유지 질벽 견인기로 전신 마취 하에 실시한 질 검사에서 질 절개 부위가 잘 치유된 것으로 나타났습니다. 조직이나 만져질 수 있는 그물망의 침식은 없었습니다. 그림 3 은 갓 채취한 질, 요도 및 이식...
