Endoscopic Injection Sclerotherapy Assisted by Cyanoacrylate and Clips for Gastroesophageal Varices

시술에는 3개의 클립, 40mL의 라우로마크로골 및 3.5mL의 시아노아크릴레이트가 사용되었습니다. 퇴원 후 3개월 및 1년 추적 관찰에서 내시경 검사를 실시한 결과, 구불구불한 정맥 돌출부가 없는 매끄럽고 편평한 식도 점막이 보였다. 정맥류 제거율이 거의 100%에 달했다는 결론을 안전하게 내릴 수 있습니다(그림 3). 출혈의 재발은 없었으며, 추적 관찰 기간 동안 심각한 합병증은 발생하지 않았다.
