MCF10A, MCF10Ca1h 및 BT-474 단일배양 스페노이드는 도금 후 최대 96시간 동안 컴팩트한 구형 표현형을 유지합니다. EA.hy926 및 THP-1 또는 BJ-5ta 및 THP-1과 공동 배양한 MCF10A, MCF10Ca1h 및 BT-474 세포는 도금 후 72시간에서 단일 배양 상피 스페로이드에 비해 스페로이드 면적이 크게 증가했습니다.
