Standardization of Basket Use in Sialendoscopy: A Ten-Year Retrospective Study

10년 동안 우리는 타액선 폐쇄성 질환으로 인해 224회 연속 시알렌도내시경 검사를 시행했습니다. 이 중 189건(84.4%)은 시측석증으로 인해 발생했다. 위에서 언급한 프로토콜을 활용하여 모두 단일선 질환이 있는 132명(69.8%)의 환자를 대상으로 순수 시알내시경 검사만(PS-study group)을 사용한 성공적인 시알결석 제거가 수행되었습니다.
PS 연구군(n=132)에서는 105명(79.5%)의 여성 환자가 있었으며, 평균 연령은 44.8세(15세에서 84세까지)였다. 내시경 결석 추출 지수는 100%였으며, 결석의 68.9%가 턱밑샘에서 발생했다(표 1).
표 2에서 볼 수 있 듯이, 거의 65.9%가 단일 결석으로 구성되어 있으며, 시알내시경 검사 중 큰 합병증이 없었고, 바구니가 끼는 사례가 발생하지 않았으며, 평균 시알내시경 평균 시간은 62분이었다(...
