A Streamlined Approach for Mass Spectrometry-Based Proteomics Using Selected Tissue Regions

확립된 현탁액 트래핑 필터 기반 단백질체학 시료 전처리는 single-shot 데이터 독립적 획득을 사용한 label-free 정량화와 결합되어 췌장 낭성 FFPE 조직에 적용되었습니다(그림 1).
