인간 관상동맥 내막 절제 조직은 CABG 수술을 받는 환자들로부터 채취되었습니다. 조직은 핵 분리를 위해 무게 측정 및 처리되었으며, 추가 분리된 핵은 유세포 측정과 공초점 현미경으로 확인되었습니다(그림 1).
