Murine 방광 암의 Orthotopic 모델

방광 확대의 외과 단계는 murine와 쥐 모델에서 3 차원 공사장 공중 발판을 사용하여 설명됩니다. 방광 확대에 사용할 biomaterial 구성의 효능을 테스트하려면 깨어 및 anesthetized 모두 cystometry에 대한 기술이 제공됩니다.

초음파와 발광 생물 이미징에 의한 intravesically 전달 saRNA 및 모니터링 종양 성장의 antitumor 효과를 평가하는 orthotopic 방광 종양 모델을 수립.

본 프로토콜에서는 Wistar 쥐에서 요도 협착 유도가 개발되었고, 협측 점막 이식편을 통한 요도 재건이 뒤따랐습니다. 역행성 요도 조영술 및 레이저 도플러 평가를 수행하여 요도 재건(협착 형성 후) 및 이식편 배치를 검증했습니다.

N-부틸-N-(4 - 히드 록시 부틸) 니트로사민 유도 방광암 모델은 인간의 점액 1 (MUC1) 테스트의 목적 MUC1-감독 면역 형질 전환 생쥐에서 개발되었다. MUC1 표적 펩타이드 백신을 투여 한 후, MUC1에 대한 세포 독성 T 림프구 반응은 혈청 사이토 카인 수준과 T 세포의 특정 활동을 측정하여 확인 하였다.
