This method reduces costs but requires strong brand credibility, substantial liquidity, and transparency. For example, Spotify went public via a direct listing in twenty eighteen.
Crowdfunding enables companies to raise funds from many small investors, often through online platforms.
Crowdfunding broadens access to funds but involves significant marketing efforts and legal compliance. For instance, a tech startup, Gamma Corp., might simultaneously use crowdfunding to generate interest and capital.
