Gepoolde DNA-sequencing is een snelle en kosteneffectieve strategie voor zeldzame varianten geassocieerd met complexe fenotypes in grote cohorten op te sporen. This video describes wild-type blocking polymerase chain reaction, or WTB-PCR, which detects somatic mutations.
