Het bereik van ons onderzoek is micro virale test voor medicijnen. We proberen een effectieve SOP te vestigen voor het screenen en isoleren van intestinale bacteriën. Tot nu toe zijn in totaal 18 bacteriestammen gevonden met glycine-functie.Het voordeel van ons protocol is het gebruik van medium met een lage koolstofbron om bacteriële activiteit te induceren en zo de succeskans van het screenen te verhogen. Om te beginnen, bereid de oplossingen A, B en C afzonderlijk voor, met behulp van de geschikte reagentia. Meng alle drie de oplossingen in een erlenmeyer kolf van 1.000 milliliter en voeg gedistilleerd water toe om een eindvolume van 1.000 milliliter te maken.Vervolgens pas de pH aan tot 7,2 met een 10% natriumhydroxideoplossing. Verdeel het medium in erlenmeyer kolven van 250 milliliter. Voeg vervolgens één tot 2% auger toe aan het algemene anaërobe medium in een van de erlenmeyer kolven van 250 milliliter.Autoclaveer het medium gedurende 30 minuten op 121 graden Celsius. Nadat het medium is afgekoeld tot kamertemperatuur, bewaar het op vier graden Celsius.
