Experimentele auto-immune uveïtis: een intraoculair inflammatoir muismodel

Dit protocol schetst de stappen voor het induceren van Primed Myco bacteriële Uveïtis (PMU) bij muizen. Deze methode schetst de stappen om betrouwbare en robuuste oogontsteking in het muismodelsysteem te helpen produceren. Met behulp van dit protocol genereerden we uveitische ogen en niet-ontstoken medeogen van afzonderlijke dieren voor verdere evaluatie met immunologische, transcriptomische en proteomische assays.
