In marketing, researchers and practitioners assess interaction quality through customer feedback, engagement behavior, service evaluations, and relationship outcomes. Strong interaction quality can increase satisfaction, trust, perceived value, and loyalty, while poor interactions may weaken brand relationships even when the underlying product or service meets expectations.
