Total stations measure angles and distances electronically and calculate coordinates, storing the data digitally for easy processing.

They are equipped with data collectors that eliminate manual recording, reduce errors, and increase productivity.

They can directly transfer data to computers or mapping software, generating accurate maps. 

Total stations can record up to 1,000 points daily, significantly reducing survey time.

They are portable and adaptable, allowing surveys to be conducted in various terrains and weather conditions. 

Photogrammetry uses aerial imagery to create topographic maps, suitable for large areas but dependent on clear weather conditions. 

GPS is a highly automated mapping method that provides quick and accurate results.
