A correction was made to Electroporation of Craniofacial Mesenchyme. There was an incorrect unit used for the voltage.

Protocol

$$\rightleftharpoonup{xx}$$ $$\longleftharp{xx}$$, $$\longrightharp{xx}$$,

The units for the voltage were incorrectly entered in, Electroporation of Craniofacial Mesenchyme, in two places.

  1. Apply 8 50 ms, 20mV square pulses.
  2. Apply eight 50 ms, 20 mV square pulses.

These were corrected to:

  1. Apply 8 50 ms, 20 V square pulses.
  2. Apply eight 50 ms, 20 V square pulses.
