This method of posting really makes me wonder... what is the better workflow for people - to have multiple streams each one clearly separate from the other or to have a single stream with rich tagging/categorizing? I am leaning towards the former as it allows for easier segmentation of content thus allowing lower energy to activate a user. Plus, it would probably be very unlikely that people will go cross-topic within the same user if they are interested in content. That's a huge assumption though.
