Dr. Yiqin Du is a Professor in the Department of Ophthalmology at the Morsani College of Medicine, University of South Florida. Her research focuses on stem cell biology and stem cell-based therapies for corneal disease and glaucoma as well as corneal bioengineering. She has been working on discovering the pathophysiology of corneal disease and glaucoma, developing new treatment options, and investigating the mechanisms of ocular regeneration by stem cells and stem cell-derived traffic factors.
