Dr. Juliana L. S. Mayer is a Professor at the University of Campinas (Unicamp) since 2014. She is a researcher in Plant Anatomy and Plant Development. Her interests are focused on achlorophyllous plants and associated fungi. She graduated in Biological Sciences in 2003 and held an MSc degree in 2006 from UFPR. In 2009, she completed her PhD in Plant Biology and her post-doctoral research in 2012 through Unicamp. Her experience lies in the fields of optical, electronic, and confocal microscopy and symbiotic germination.
