Dr. Wenping Gong completed his bachelor’s degree from Wuhan University in 2010. He further obtained his PhD degree from Academy of Military Medical Sciences, Beijing, China. He has been serving as an assistant professor at the 8th Medical Centre of Chinese PLA General Hospital. His work focuses on developing novel peptide vaccines for TB and differential diagnostic reagents for latent tuberculosis. He has contributed more than 30 valuable publications in different scientific journals indexed by SCI database. He has been invited as reviewers for 6 international journals, editorial members for 2 journals, and committee members for Chinese Research Hospital Association, Chinese Antituberculosis Association, and Beijing Anti-Tuberculosis Association.
