Dr. Maninder Meenu is working as a MK Bhan Young Researcher Fellow at the National Agri-Food Biotechnology Institute, Mohali, India. Previously, she served as a Research Assistant Professor at BNU-HKBU United International College, Zhuhai, Guangdong, China. She has also worked as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at Agriculture Research and Innovation, Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, India. She also worked as a Lecturer at Kanya Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar, Punjab, India. Dr. Meenu has strong interest and experience in phytochemistry, analytical food chemistry, microbiology, food processing, food safety, and fermentation technology. She has published several research articles in various reputed journals. She has presented her research in several national and international conferences. She is also actively serving as a reviewer with various reputed SCI journals.
