Dr. Rinu Sharma is an Assistant Professor in the School of Biotechnology at G.G.S.I.P. University, New Delhi, India. She obtained her master’s degree in Biotechnology and Ph.D. in Biochemistry from All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, India, and specializes in cancer molecular biology. The broad interest of her research group is to understand the molecular mechanisms underlying oesophageal carcinogenesis and develop strategies for early diagnosis and effective treatment of this disease. The salient features of her work have been published in reputed international journals, including Journal of proteomics, Cancer Cell International, Int.J.Cancer, Plos One, B.M.C. Cancer, and Genomics.
