Dr. Chenyu Sun completed medical education from Anhui Medical University, China and then obtained Master of Science degree in Translational Medical Research from Heidelberg University, Germany. He completed postgraduate medical training in Chicago, and was conferred the degree of Doctor of Medicine. Dr. Sun is now a registered doctor in Illinois and New York State. He has been actively involved in research as a physician scientist and has numerous publications. He has broad research interests including the surgical and medical oncology, gastroenterology, as well as public health field and research related to COVID-19.
