Dr. Goudot is a vascular physician and cardiologist. He has worked in the Vascular Medicine Department at the Georges Pompidou European Hospital (Université Paris Cité, Paris, France). He is now a Research Fellow at Massachusetts General Hospital (Harvard Medical School, Boston, USA).

After pursuing his Master's degree in arterial stiffness in 2009, he completed his PhD in 2018 on innovative applications of ultrafast ultrasound imaging in vascular pathology.

Currently, he is using ultrasound to better evaluate the arterial wall and blood flow. He is participating in developing ultrafast ultrasound imaging, which allows access to new wall biomarkers such as microflow detection. He is also particularly interested in ultrasound imaging of microvessels and the quantification of tissue perfusion.
