Dr. Hend Gamal received an MD and a Ph.D. from the Department of Zoology at Mansoura University, Mansoura, and Specialized in the Cancer Research Field. She has highlighted the different novel methods for Cancer treatment including modified chemotherapeutic drugs, natural products, gold nanoparticles, and finally photothermal technique. The impact of this work has led to several publications, regular appearances at prestigious conferences, and awards for prizes from the scientific community.
