Victory Ashonibare is a Microbiologist with a keen interest in Immunology and GUT microbiome. She graduated with first class in Landmark University, Omuaran, Nigeria, where she obtained a B.Sc. degree in Microbiology, then proceeded to Friedrich Schiller University, Jena, Germany, to obtain a master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Microbiology under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Christine Skerka and Prof. Dr. Peter Zipfel. She has worked at Landmark University, Nigeria and Leibniz Institute for Natural Products Research and Infection Biology, HKI, Jena, Germany. She is currently a Research Trainee, a team leader, and the Head of Projects at Reproductive Biology and Toxicology Research Laboratory (ReBTReL).
