Charles Felix Manful received his PhD in Organic Chemistry from Marquette University, USA, in 2013. He has a BSc. Degree in Chemistry from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana (2006). His research involves the application of metabolomics for functional food development with an emphasis on brain health. He works as an Assistant Professor in the General Science Department at Memorial University of Newfoundland, Canada.
