Dr. Shuguang Liu, DDS, PhD, is a prof & chair at the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Stomatological Hospital, School of Stomatology, Southern Medical University. He has been a visiting scholar at the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Nippon Dental University, School of Life Dentistry at Niigata, and the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, University of Michigan, USA. He specializes in orthognathic surgical correction of dentofacial deformities, treatment of oral and maxillofacial-head and neck tumors, sequential treatment of cleft lip and palate, the restoration and reconstruction of oral and maxillofacial defects, etc. He is currently a member of several organizations: the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Specialized Committee of the Chinese Stomatological Association, the Oral Maxillofacial Trauma and Orthognathia Specialized Committee of the Chinese Stomatological Association, etc.
