Prof. Dong Jiang is a professor at The First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University. His main research interests are minimally invasive surgical treatment of esophageal and lung tumors and treatment of difficult critical diseases, and he pays attention to the individualized and standardized diagnosis and treatment of tumors. He has carried out a series of clinical and basic experimental studies on "early diagnosis and treatment of esophageal cancer and establishment of comprehensive treatment system".

Dong Jiang is a member of the Youth Committee of the Chinese Branch of the International Society of Esophageal Diseases, a member of the Thoracic Surgery Committee of the Chinese Medical Education Association, a member of the Intelligent Medicine Committee of the Chinese Medical Education Association, a member of the Standing Committee of the Biopharmaceutical Technology Branch of the Chinese Medical Biotechnology Association, and a deputy chairman of the Esophageal Cancer Special Committee of the Jiangsu Cancer Prevention Alliance.
