Dr. Chen is a PhD and master's supervisor at the Medical College of Ningbo University. He serves as a standing committee member of the Hand Surgery Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, the Shoulder and Elbow Surgery Society of SICOT (International Society of Orthopaedic Surgery and Traumatology), and the Microsurgery Society of SICOT, China Division.
