Prof. Pawan Kumar Singh is an associate professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, India. He did his B.E. from Madan Mohan Malaviya Government Engineering College Gorakhpur. He completed his Master's and PhD in thermal engineering from IIT Madras. Later, he was a post-doctoral fellow at the National University of Singapore. He has published more than 50 peer-reviewed papers and numerous conference proceedings with approximately more than 3500 citations with a h-index of 20. His research area included heat transfer, thermal management, heat pipe, nanofluids, thin liquid film evaporation and battery thermal management.
