Dr. Srinivasu Gangi Setti is an associate professor at the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Raipur, India. He obtained his MTech and PhD from the National Institute of Technology Warangal in 2009 and 2013, respectively. With over 13 years of teaching and research experience, his research interests include tribology, composite materials, functionally graded materials, additive manufacturing, and the application of artificial intelligence and machine learning in mechanical engineering. He has supervised five PhD students, 12 postgraduate students, and 60 undergraduate students, with several research scholars currently working under his guidance. Dr. Setti has published over 80 research papers and 10 book chapters and holds one granted patent along with two published patents. He actively serves as an editorial board member and reviewer for international journals and is currently the associate dean (Corporate Affairs and Resource Mobilization) at NIT Raipur.
