Dr. Ramakrishna Doodi is an associate professor at Sree Venkateswara College of Engineering (A), Nellore, India. He earned his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), Vellore, with research focused on the design, fabrication, and experimental investigation of 3D-printed bio-inspired lattice structures for energy absorption applications. With over 10 years of teaching and research experience, his research interests include additive manufacturing, bio-inspired lattice structures, composite materials, mechanical characterization, structural optimization, and the application of artificial intelligence and machine learning in advanced manufacturing. He has published several high-impact SCI-indexed research articles and book chapters and has contributed to industry- and university-sponsored research projects. His work focuses on developing innovative lightweight structures and advanced manufacturing solutions for engineering applications.
