Dr. Refik Bilgin completed his medical degree at Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Medicine. He subsequently completed his residency at the Nuclear Medicine Clinic of Şişli Hamidiye Etfal Training and Research Hospital, earning the title of Nuclear Medicine Specialist. Throughout his career, he has served at leading healthcare institutions in Turkey. For the past six years, he has provided care to patients as a nuclear medicine specialist at Yeni Yüzyıl University Gaziosmanpaşa Hospital and İstinye University Gaziosmanpaşa Hospital. With more than 10 years of professional experience, he has focused particularly on FDG, PSMA, and DOTA-SSA PET-CT imaging techniques, as well as Lutetium-177 and Actinium-225 therapies, developing advanced expertise in these areas. More recently, in collaboration with Emirhan Harbi, he has conducted various molecular imaging and nuclear medicine research studies involving patients with glial and neuroendocrine tumors.
