Dr. Torres is an Assistant Professor of Laboratory Medicine at the Yale School of Medicine and a hematopathologist with clinical practice focus in flow cytometry, pathology informatics, serologic testing, and molecular diagnostics of hematopoietic diseases including Medical Directorship of the Flow Cytometry Laboratory and the Immunology Laboratory at Yale-New Haven Hospital. His research focus encompasses engineering and medicine, applying engineering advances to diagnostics, including the development and practical application of non-destructive three-dimensional reconstruction histology for clinical and investigative use.
