Dr. Lou finished his postgraduate education in Dalian Medical University and has gone on to be a neurosurgeon in the Second Hospital of Dalian Medical University. He had received Research training from the Peking Union Medical College Hospital and Cancer Stem Cell Institute of Dalian MedicalUniversity. He masters the data analysis and visualization pipeline after RNA-seq using R and Linux computer languages and developed an R language package gg.gap, TCGA online analysis web tools, and received a software patent. He formed a WeChat Official Accounts, Called Chris_Life_Science, to share the application of bioinformatics in Medicine. Dr. Lou mainly focuses on the combination of clinical research, scientific research, and bioinformatics, studying the interaction mechanisms between cancer and its microenvironment, and providing a new theoretical basis and scheme for precision diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
