Ibps

IBPS, or image-based phenotypic screening, is a cell-based approach that uses microscopy to measure how genetic or chemical perturbations alter cellular features, making it valuable for identifying cancer-related mechanisms and therapeutic candidates. In this workflow, researchers expose cultured cells to compounds or experimental conditions, capture high-content images, and apply computational image analysis to quantify phenotypes such as cell shape, proliferation, localization, or viability. IBPS can reveal drug responses and disease-associated phenotypes that may be missed by single-target assays, supporting anticancer drug discovery, biomarker research, mechanism-of-action studies, and the development of more personalized treatment strategies.

Immunoaffinity Based Extraction of Ubiquitinylated Peptides: A Technique to Selectively Extract Ubiquitin Tagged Peptides from Purified Peptide Fractions

2023

This video describes a method to extract and purify ubiquitinylated peptides containing remnant di-glycine peptides from a complex peptide mixture. The presented method may help in identifying original ubiquitination sites in the protein.

This protocol describes key steps involved in assessing the sensitivity of the brain of one person to the stimulus processing of a close other by selecting pairs of partners, recording their electroencephalogram (EEG) simultaneously and computing their event-related brain potentials (ERPs).

Next Generation Sequencing for the Detection of Actionable Mutations in Solid and Liquid Tumors

This manuscript describes clinical protocols for two next-generation sequencing panels. One panel interrogates hematologic malignancies while the other panel targets genes commonly mutated in solid tumors. Molecular classification of driver mutations in human malignancies offers valuable prognostic and predictive information.
